Registration & Payment
1. What are the accepted payment methods?
To ensure a streamlined payment process, only Visa and Mastercard payments will be accepted.
2. Can I register for the trip on behalf of my cell group members?
You may register on behalf of your cell group member(s). However, please note that each applicant may only register for a maximum of 3 rooms.
3. What are the packages offered for this trip?
All participants will need to select the Land Package, which excludes air tickets and airport transfers. There will not be a Flight Bundle this year. Please arrange your own flights and airport transfers, and check in to your assigned hotel by 10 Jan (Sun).
4. How do I know if I have successfully registered for the trip?
Upon registration, you will be requested to make payment. Once FULL payment is completed, you will receive a subsequent email confirming that your registration is successful. We regret that we are unable to process partial payments.
5. My passport is up for renewal. May I register for the trip using my existing passport details, and thereafter, update my details when my passport is renewed?
Yes, you may update your passport details after registration. Please renew your passport as soon as possible and furnish us with your updated passport details via [email protected]. Do ensure you have at least 6 months validity on your passport at the time of travel.
6. If I sign up for the early bird discount and want to include an additional person in my registration, will he/she be eligible for the early bird discount as well?
If you sign up for the early bird discount and wish to add another individual into your registration after 21 Sep (Mon), please note that he/she will not be eligible for the early bird discount.
7. I’ve registered for the trip. Is it possible to include additional person(s) to my application (regardless of my payment status)?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate the addition of extra person(s) to an existing application. In order to include additional individual(s), you will need to forfeit your current application and submit a fresh registration on behalf of the entire group. Kindly note that this will require starting the registration anew for all individuals involved.
8. I will be in Seoul on a personal/business trip during that period. May I meet up with the team and join in some of the activities?
The planned itinerary and group size allow for only some activities to be open to non-registered participants. You are welcome to join us for the following activities (you will need to arrange your own transport):
- Early morning prayer meetings at 4.30am daily in Yoido Full Gospel Church
- Mid-week service on 13 Jan (Wed) at 10am in Yoido Full Gospel Church (in the free-seating foreigners’ section located at 3rd floor of the main sanctuary. Interpretation headsets are provided).
Land Package Details
9. What is included in the Land Package?
The Land Package covers your essential logistics and selected group activities throughout the trip:
- Accommodation: 6 nights at a 4-star hotel
- Daily Transport: Morning coach service from the hotel to Yoido Full Gospel Church for prayer meetings (round trip)
- Event Transport: Transfers to the welcome lunch/dinner venue, mid-week service, and farewell lunch/dinner venue
- Group Tour: Visit Osanri Choi Jasil Memorial Fasting Prayer Mountain
- Demilitarized Zone Visit (Optional Participation): The DMZ is included in the itinerary. You may choose not to participate, but the full land package price will still apply.
- Language Support: English or Chinese-speaking tour guide via interpretation headsets
- Complimentary Meals: Lunch at the prayer mountain, 1 welcome meal, and 1 farewell meal
- Daily Breakfast (with option to opt out): Hotel breakfast is included for all days except 12 Jan (Tue) when the group departs early for DMZ/Prayer Mountain. You may choose to opt out of hotel breakfast during booking for a discount of S$130 per pax (See Q10 below for more details)
10. Is breakfast included in the Land Package?
Yes, daily hotel breakfast is included in the Land Package, except for 12 Jan (Tue) due to early departure for the day’s programme.
For 2027, we are introducing a new option:
You may choose to opt out of hotel breakfast during booking for a discount of S$130 per person. Please note:
- Breakfast selection must be made at the point of booking
- The choice applies per room, not per individual
- All occupants in the same room must have the same breakfast selection
For example: if 2 persons are sharing a room, both must either include breakfast, or opt out together. - Opt-out option must be indicated at the point of booking via the booking form
- If you opt out, breakfast can still be purchased directly from the hotel, subject to availability and the hotel’s prevailing rates.
11. Are airfares included in the Land Package?
Airfares are not included in the Land Package. You will need to arrange own flight to Seoul according to your preferences. Please note that there is no Flight Bundle available this year. All registrants are to book your own flights and airport transfers and check in to your assigned hotel by 10 Jan (Sun).
12. Are airport transfers to and from the hotel included in the Land Package?
Airport transfers are not included in the Land Package. You will need to make your own arrangements from Incheon International Airport to the hotel and back.
13. If I bring my child to the trip, does he/she need to pay?
We do not offer child rates for this trip. The full price is applicable for children aged 2 years and above, while children under the age of 2 are not subject to any charges. You may refer to Q26 for information regarding child seats for the coach transport.
14. May I request for a baby cot?
Yes, you may request for a baby cot when you register for the trip. They are free of charge but subject to availability. Do note that baby cots are not allowed in the Standard Double Rooms due to space constraints.
15. I have signed up and made the payment for the Land Package, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to go on the trip. May I request for a refund?
Refunds are not available once payment has been made. However, if someone on the waitlist is able to take your place, they may pay you directly for the Land Package. Please email [email protected] for assistance.
16. When does the Land Package start and end?
The Land Package starts on 10 Jan (Sun) at 3pm (hotel check-in time) and ends officially on 16 Jan (Sat) at 11am (hotel check-out time). Any requests for early check in or late check out should be communicated directly with the hotel.
17. Is there pro-rated pricing available if I am unable to attend one of the scheduled highlights of the trip or if I can only join part of the Land Package?
This is a full 7D6N programme with no secondary arrangements for partial participation. Thus we do not offer pro-rated pricing for partial participation as the Land Package is priced according to the planned itinerary of the trip.
18. Will there be a different itinerary/set of activities for those who previously attended Prayer Week in Seoul 2026?
The itinerary for Prayer Week in Seoul 2027 will be similar to Seoul Prayer Week 2026 except that we will be having an optional DMZ tour. Kindly indicate your interest in DMZ tour during booking.
Past participants are most welcome to join us as we anticipate this event as an annual Prayer Week to Seoul.
Accommodation
19. Will I be able to select my preferred hotel or bus for the trip?
Due to planning and logistical considerations, participants will not be able to choose their hotel or bus. Allocation and groupings will follow the main applicant listed in the form.
20. May I book my own accommodation elsewhere instead of staying at the designated hotel?
For planning and logistical purposes, we kindly require participants to stay in the designated hotel with the rest of the team.
21. I am planning to extend my stay before/after the trip. Can I book the same hotel for the extended days?
By November, we will notify you of the hotel you are allocated to. You may then make your own arrangements with the hotel directly, subject to availability.
22. I am joining the trip by myself. Will I be sharing a room with someone or will I be able to opt for my own room?
You have the option of choosing a single room or finding a roommate(s) of the same gender to share a room.
23. May I request for connecting rooms?
Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer connecting rooms.
24. What room configuration should I book for a family of 3 (E.g. 2 adults and 1 infant/child)?
You may book the Deluxe Twin room or the Jumbo Twin room for a family of more than 2 pax (regardless of age). The Standard Double room can only accommodate up to a maximum of 2 pax (infant/child included).
Transportation
25. Can I arrange for my own transportation to follow the itinerary?
As friendship and bonding are important aspects of this trip, we kindly require participants to travel together for all the scheduled activities (11-15 Jan, Mon to Fri) outlined in the planned itinerary.
26. Is there a requirement for infant/child seat on the coach?
Infants, as well as children less than 145cm in height are required to be on a child seat. There will be an additional one-time charge of S$40 for the rental of a child seat for the coach transport to the scheduled activities (11-15 Jan, Mon to Fri).
Food
27. The schedule states that there will be 1 lunch at the prayer mountain, 1 welcome lunch/dinner and 1 farewell lunch/dinner. Will I need to pay for these meals?
The lunch at the prayer mountain, the welcome lunch/dinner and the farewell lunch/dinner will be hosted by CHC as a time of fellowship with Pastor Kong, the pastoral staff and with one another. You will not need to pay for the above-mentioned meals.
28. Will I be able to make special dietary requests for the welcome and farewell meals?
We regret that we are unable to cater to special dietary requests or specific meal preferences for the meals included in the package. If you have any dietary constraints, restrictions, or allergies, we recommend that you make your own meal arrangements to ensure your needs are met safely and comfortably.
29. What are some of the breakfast options available?
The Land Package includes daily breakfast at the hotel (except on 12 Jan (Tue), as we will be departing early for DMZ/Osanri Choi Jasil Memorial Fasting Prayer Mountain tour). There are also several cafés located near the hotel, such as Starbucks, Paris Baguette, and more. These cafés open at 7am.
30. What are some of the options available for lunch/dinner?
Seoul offers a vibrant and diverse food scene, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. To make the most of your trip, we recommend doing some pre-travel research by exploring food blogs and seeking recommendations on where to go for meals. Gentle reminder to keep track of the time and schedule of the planned itinerary.
Child Support
31. Will there be Nursery or Harvest Kidz support during the trip?
There will be no Nursery or Harvest Kidz support during the trip.
Please have a look at Q13, Q14, Q24 for more information if you are considering bringing your child.
Miscellaneous
32. Do I need to purchase travel insurance?
You are strongly encouraged to obtain a comprehensive travel insurance policy to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as baggage loss, flight delays, medical emergencies, or changes in government policies such as compulsory quarantines. Do note that travel insurance is not included in the package.
33. When are we expected to arrive on the first day of the trip on 10 Jan (Sun)?
The check-in time is 3pm. You may arrive anytime from then. Our first meeting as a group is on 11 Jan (Mon) at 3.45am for the early morning prayer at Yoido Full Gospel Church. Specific details of the programme will be updated closer to the trip.
34. Will there be a pre-trip briefing for all the participants?
Yes. The pre-trip briefing will be conducted on 9 Dec (Wed) night via Zoom. Details of the briefing will be emailed to all participants.
