Procurement Executive
Finance
In this role, you’ll ensure procurement processes align with church policies, facilitate vendor onboarding and evaluations, and manage contract renewals. You’ll also support departments with procurement-related queries while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. What You Will Do
Procurement
- Oversee and manage procurement processes for all church-related needs.
- Review quotation comparisons, purchase requisitions, and process purchase orders in accordance with church policies.
- Monitor open purchase orders and liaise with departments to ensure necessary supporting documents are submitted.
- Record Goods Receipt Note and maintain accurate and complete documentation.
- Process downpayment requests.
- Maintain and regularly review procurement policies to align with best practices and ensure compliance.
Vendor Management
- Ensure that proper submission is done for new supplier onboarding.
- Conduct yearly vendor evaluation with relevant departments.
Contract Management
- Track existing contracts and follow up on renewals with respective departments.
- Ensure all contracts are reviewed and approved in line with church policies.
- Support various departments on procurement and contract-related queries.
Who You Are
- A procurement executive with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Well-versed in procurement, vendor management, and contract management best practices.
- Strong in interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, proactive, and self-driven, with solid problem-solving abilities.
- One who takes ownership and acts in the best interest of the church.
- At least an ordinary member (OM) of the church.
Social Worker (Contract until 31 Dec ’25/Locum)

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join us. In this role, you will support individuals and families in need, providing care, guidance and practical assistance to help them navigate life’s challenges. If you have a heart for people, a listening ear and a desire to make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Administrate financial assistance (FA) applications, including:
- communicating with the applicants via emails and phone calls.
- assessing applications and doing home visits where necessary.
- reviewing application renewals.
- liaising with the Social Service Committee.
- Provide case management support.
Who You Are
- Degree holder in Social Work from a recognised institution
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, positive and passionate about helping people.
- Confident and able to work independently as well as with a trans-disciplinary team.
- At least an Ordinary member (OM) of the church.
Preferred Requirement
- Accredited as a social worker or a social service practitioner.
Events Executive
Events
We are looking for an Events Executive to join us. In this role, you will support the operations of our English and Emerge weekend services, along with other onsite events. You will also provide administrative and logistical support to the department. If you are organised, strong in administration and a good communicator, you might be just the person we’re looking for!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the department.
- Assist with payment matters for projects and events.
- Support operations for English, Emerge, and other onsite services and events, including logistics, timelines, and manpower related matters.
- Support and upkeep the events calendar on The CHC App.
Who You Are
- Diploma/degree holder in any field.
- Strong in administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent in communication and time management.
- At least an Ordinary member (OM) of the church.
Preferred Requirements
- Candidates are required to be physically active as being involved in events and service operations is a huge part of the job nature.
- Able to work on weekends.

Operations Executive
Visual Communications
We are in search of a proactive and resourceful operations executive to join our Visual Communications department. In this role, you will support the smooth running of various church events and meetings. You will also manage the operational aspects of our services, the maintenance of equipment, and ensure all technical needs are met across multiple worship venues.
What You Will Do
- Support the operations of weekend church services, various ministries, and external events.
- Prepare and manage slides and content for weekend services.
- Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on equipment and computers across all venues.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless service operations and execution.
- Assist with technical support for church events and meetings.
Who You Are
- Proficient in computer systems—both hardware and software
- Familiar with presentation and design tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Available to work on weekends, with Mondays off, and open to travel as required.
- At least an ordinary member (OM) of the church.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience in audio, visual, and lighting (AVL) or events production.
- Qualification or certification in AVL or event production.
Visual Designer

We’re on the lookout for a talented visual designer to join our vibrant Visual Communications team!
If you’re passionate about bringing stories to life through bold visuals and motion, this role is for you. You’ll design dynamic content for weekend services, church events, and social media—ranging from stills and animated graphics to video production. You’ll also play a key role in supporting major church initiatives and events. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, so get ready to work closely with a creative team of designers, pastors, event planners, and social media folks to make every project shine.
What You Will Do
- Develop and design visual content for church services with a focus on motion graphics.
- Create visual assets for church events, big days, and community gatherings.
- Conceptualise and produce social media content that aligns with church branding and values.
- Assist with video production and editing.
- Collaborate with a team of designers and other departments to execute key initiatives.
Who You Are
- A designer trained in graphic design, digital media, animation, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Figma, and Keynote (optional).
- Experienced in creating event visual and animated social media campaigns.
- Strong in understanding animation principles, motion design, and video editing.
- Familiar with video production, animation workflows, and editing techniques.
- Able to exhibit a design style that favours aesthetic, grunge, or avant-garde elements, emphasising digital media and event visuals.
- Detailed, with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
- A clear communicator and effective team player in a cross-functional environment.
- Able to manage tight deadlines — most projects are due within a week.
- Excellent in time management — able to juggle weekly tasks while tracking long-term timelines for major events.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in religious or community-based organisations.
- Experience creating video-based content and motion graphics for events and social media
- Additional certifications in design or event operations.
