Facilities Officer

If you enjoy solving practical problems, keeping spaces in shape, and making people feel at home, this role might be your perfect fit! We’re looking for a Facilities Officer who brings both heart and hands to the work.
What You Will Do
- Facilitate venue requirements for church events held at the Suntec or Jurong West premises.
- Oversee and maintain daily operations of the Suntec and Jurong West facilities.
- Ensure all facility policies and procedures are consistently enforced.
- Conduct regular facility walk‑throughs to monitor maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
- Provide timely and regular reports on facility performance.
- Maintain clear and up‑to‑date communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to facility‑related enquiries and complaints.
- Assist with weekly maintenance of structures, furniture, and fittings on the premises.
Who You Are
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as MS Word, Excel, etc.
- Physically fit to perform the duties pertaining to the position.
- Available to work on weekends, with Mondays off.
- At least an Ordinary member (OM) of the church.
Preferred requirements

Media Technical Assistant

As a Media Technical Assistant, you will support the smooth execution of services, events, and productions by assisting with media setup, operating equipment, and helping maintain operational readiness. You will work closely with the media engineering team and CityTV ministry volunteers to ensure that every production runs seamlessly, both on-site and outdoors.
What You Will Do
- Assist Technical Directors in preparing and setting up equipment for all services and events.
- Collaborate with ministry volunteers to ensure all equipment is properly set up and operational for weekend services.
- Provide on-site technical support during weekly services and events to ministry volunteers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate unresolved matters to the technical team.
- Support outdoor productions and video shoots as needed.
Who You Are
- At least a Nitec qualification or higher in a technology-related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
- Able to work on weekends and weekday evenings when required.
- At least an Ordinary Member (OM) of the church.
Preferred requirements
- Strong interest in technology and/or media production.
- Basic knowledge in videography and/or photography.

Media Technical Engineer

Every production, service, and broadcast at CHC relies on skilled technical leadership to deliver excellence. As a Media Technical Engineer, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing media operations, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and professionally. You will collaborate with the media engineering team and CityTV ministry volunteers to maintain equipment readiness, support outdoor productions, and contribute to the technical planning of services and events.

- Responsible for technical setup and broadcast excellence for all productions at CHC premises.
- Participate in media technical planning discussion for productions and events.
- Ensure weekly requests for media setup are fully supported.
- Responsible for the smooth running of weekly services and events at CHC premises.
- Ensure the operational and equipment needs of CityTV ministry volunteers are well considered and taken care of.

Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to help shape and grow our church’s digital presence. From short-form videos to social campaigns and behind-the-scenes storytelling, you’ll play a key role in helping people experience church online in fresh, relevant, and engaging ways.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute engaging content for Instagram and Facebook platforms.
- Conceptualise, shoot, and edit short-form video content, including Reels, Stories, and trend-based content.
- Identify and creatively adapt social media trends in a way that aligns with the church’s vision and context.
- Plan and manage content calendars, including scheduling and publishing of posts.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics, and recommend improvements where needed.
- Collaborate with ministries and teams to create content for events, campaigns, and special initiatives.
- Communicate confidently with people during shoots, including directing and guiding church members on camera.
Who You Are
- At least a Diploma in Communications, journalism, literature, marketing, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing or a related roles
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form content trends
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent platforms.
- Comfortable filming content using a phone or camera.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills for captions, hooks, and social media copy.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work within timelines.
- Creative, self-motivated, and willing to contribute fresh ideas.
- Comfortable communicating with and directing people during content shoots.
- Passion for social media, digital storytelling, and creating meaningful content.

Portfolio Submission

Technical Executive
Visual Communications
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled technical executive who is passionate about leveraging technology to support the ministry. You will play a vital part in ensuring seamless technical execution of our weekend services, ministry activities, internal meetings, and special events. Your responsibilities include managing AV systems, IT infrastructure, and multimedia tools—creating a space where God’s presence can be encountered with minimal technical disruptions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot AV, IT, and multimedia systems used during weekend services and events.
- Provide technical support and coordination for ministry activities and internal meetings.
- Prepare and run presentation materials, media content, and live playback systems.
- Oversee regular testing and servicing of AV and IT equipment.
- Work closely with the operations and creative teams to ensure smooth execution during events.
- Provide support for onsite and offsite events, including setup, testing, and breakdown of technical systems.
- Maintain documentation of technical workflows, asset inventory, and troubleshooting guides.
Who You Are
- Proficient in operating and maintaining AV and IT systems (audio, video, lighting, network setup).
- Familiar with software such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and video playback systems.
- Possess basic networking and computer troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple technical responsibilities under pressure.
- Available to work weekends, with Mondays off, and open to travel as required.
- Minimum of 1–2 years in a technical support or AV/IT-related role.

Preferred Requirement
- Certification or formal training in AVL, IT support, or event production.
- Experience in live events, broadcast, or church production.
