Events Executive
Events
We are looking for an Events Executive to join us. In this role, you will support the operations of our English and Emerge weekend services, along with other onsite events. You will also provide administrative and logistical support to the department. If you are organised, strong in administration and a good communicator, you might be just the person we’re looking for!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the department.
- Assist with payment matters for projects and events.
- Support operations for English, Emerge, and other onsite services and events, including logistics, timelines, and manpower related matters.
- Support and upkeep the events calendar on The CHC App.
Who You Are
- Diploma/degree holder in any field.
- Strong in administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent in communication and time management.
- At least an Ordinary member (OM) of the church.
Preferred Requirements
- Candidates are required to be physically active as being involved in events and service operations is a huge part of the job nature.
- Able to work on weekends.
- Have a passion to serve God in full-time ministry for the long-run.
HR Executive
Human Resources
We believe that supporting our full-time church staff—who dedicate themselves to caring for the congregation—is a meaningful and essential part of our ministry. We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across a broad range of HR functions, including employee benefits administration, policy implementation and process improvement. The ideal candidate is people-focused, organised and committed to fostering a positive and effective work environment.
What You Will Do
- Support a wide spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to the administration of benefits and training and development.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining accurate employee records, administering leave and processing benefits.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries related to HR benefits and processes.
- Liaise with vendors for matters pertaining to HR systems and benefits.
- Prepare and consolidate HR reports and data for internal analysis and management review.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance employee benefits, HR policies and operational processes.
- Assist in the design, executive and communication of HR programs and initiatives to support church goals.
Who You Are
- Diploma or degree in Business, Accounting or related field.
- Strong numerical skills – enjoy working with numbers and data.
- Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
- Organised, proactive and able to multitask.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- IT savvy and proficient in using HR systems and Microsoft Office Tools especially Excel.
- Proactive with a strong drive for continuous learning and innovation.

Preferred Requirements
- Sound knowledge of HR-related statutory requirements, including the Singapore Employment Act and CPF Act.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a Human Resources operations role, preferably with exposure to payroll and/or benefits administration.
Technical Executive
Visual Communications
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled technical executive who is passionate about leveraging technology to support the ministry. You will play a vital part in ensuring seamless technical execution of our weekend services, ministry activities, internal meetings, and special events. Your responsibilities include managing AV systems, IT infrastructure, and multimedia tools—creating a space where God’s presence can be encountered with minimal technical disruptions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot AV, IT, and multimedia systems used during weekend services and events.
- Provide technical support and coordination for ministry activities and internal meetings.
- Prepare and run presentation materials, media content, and live playback systems.
- Oversee regular testing and servicing of AV and IT equipment.
- Work closely with the operations and creative teams to ensure smooth execution during events.
- Provide support for onsite and offsite events, including setup, testing, and breakdown of technical systems.
- Maintain documentation of technical workflows, asset inventory, and troubleshooting guides.
Who You Are
- Proficient in operating and maintaining AV and IT systems (audio, video, lighting, network setup).
- Familiar with software such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and video playback systems.
- Possess basic networking and computer troubleshooting skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple technical responsibilities under pressure.
- Available to work weekends, with Mondays off, and open to travel as required.
- Minimum of 1–2 years in a technical support or AV/IT-related role.
- At least an ordinary member (OM) of the church.
Preferred Requirement
- Certification or formal training in AVL, IT support, or event production.
- Experience in live events, broadcast, or church production.
