Session 1 (7 May, Thu): Building a Godly Family in a Changing World
Speaker: Pastor Jeremy Choy
This workshop is designed to help dads and mums build a Christ-centered home where faith is real and lived out daily. Together, we’ll look at what the Bible teaches about godly parenting and talk honestly about the pressures families face today—whether it’s busyness, digital distractions, or simply feeling stretched. You’ll pick up practical ways to model faith, guide your children’s hearts, and nurture their love for Jesus in everyday moments. We’ll also explore how to create a home where children feel seen, soothed, safe, and secure—laying the foundation for secure attachment, that influences their overall development.

Our children are growing up in an increasingly complex world shaped by rapid tech advancements. How can we disciple them well when their attention is constantly drawn to social media, online gaming, and generative AI? What has AI got to do with Christian formation?

- Learn what you need to talk to your child about when it comes to sexuality education – health, relationships and character

Sessions 7 & 8 (9 & 16 Oct): The Modern Family
With so much talk and media bombardment on the LGBTQ+ issue, how can we make sense of gender and same-sex attraction from a Christian perspective? The Modern Family series (two sessions) is designed for parents to be updated on the LGBTQ landscape in Singapore. Parents with kids at a younger age can attend as preparation to engage in the content with their growing kids. Parents with older kids (even youths) can attend and learn to engage their older and more mature kids. Parents will gain practical handles and be strengthened in their biblical convictions on this topic.
