Q2: Who can register?
The Bali Marriage Getaway is open to married couples in City Harvest Church.
Q3: Can singles, dating couples or engaged couples register for this marriage getaway?
Due to its focused activities, the Bali Marriage Getaway is only open to couples who are married.
Q4: If my spouse is not from City Harvest Church, can we register?
Yes, you and your spouse are welcome to join us.
Q5: My spouse is unable to join me for the marriage getaway. Can I attend it alone?
This marriage getaway is designed for married couples. Hence, both you and your spouse need to be present together, we kindly suggest that you join us in our next marriage getaway.
Q6: Can I bring my child for the trip?
The Bali Marriage Getaway is designed for married couples seeking respite from the demands of work and family, providing them with an opportunity to rejuvenate and cherish uninterrupted moments together as they focus on strengthening their marriage with God. As such, we regret that the programme will not be able to accommodate children.
Q7: May I register for the marriage getaway on behalf of my cell group members?
No, you may only register for yourself and your spouse.
Q8: What are the accepted payment methods?
To ensure a streamlined payment process, only Visa and Mastercard payments will be accepted.
Q9: What are the packages offered for the Bali Marriage Getaway?
The packages offered are:
- Bali Marriage Getaway Package (compulsory) – without air ticket and airport transfer
- Flight Bundle (optional) – Singapore Airlines Economy class round-trip flights from Singapore to Bali with airport transfer.
Q10: How do I know if I have successfully registered for the trip?
Upon registration, you will be requested to make payment. Once FULL payment is completed, you will receive a subsequent email confirming that your registration is successful. We regret that we are unable to process partial payments.
Q11: My passport is up for renewal. May I register for the trip using my existing passport details, and thereafter, update my details when my passport is renewed?
Yes, you may update your passport details after registration. Please renew your passport as soon as possible and furnish us with your updated passport details via [email protected]. Do ensure you have at least 6 months validity on your passport at the time of travel.
Q12: I will be in Bali on a personal/business trip during that period. May I meet up with the team and join in some of the activities?
Unfortunately, the programme does not allow for the activities to be open to non-registered participants.
Q13: When does the early bird discount end?
The discount will be available to all participants who register and make full payment by 31 December 2025 (Wed).

The Bali Marriage Getaway Package includes the following:

Q15: How much do I need to pay for the Bali Marriage Getaway Package?

Q16: Are we allowed to choose our preferred room type?
At registration, applicants may select from three different hotel room options on a first-come-first-serve basis. (See Q15)
Q17: Can we opt for room upgrade to a higher tier?
Yes, you may submit your request by emailing [email protected]. Please note that all upgrades are subjected to the hotel’s availability, and any additional cost will be borne by the couple.
Q18: What are the "Singaraja Lounge privileges" that is included in the Premium Mezzanine Room?
The Premium Mezzanine Room comes with access to the Singaraja Lounge where complimentary light refreshments, afternoon tea and house selection of beverages are served.
Q19: The room of my preference is no longer available. May I be placed on the waiting list for the choice of rooms?
A waiting list will be available only when all the rooms have been booked.
Q20: Am I able to use IHG One Rewards to redeem a free stay, or may I earn IHG One Reward points during the Bali Marriage Getaway?
Our marriage getaway package is a fixed arrangement with the hotel that does not allow for the redeeming of IHG One Rewards for a free stay, nor for the earning of IHG One Reward points.
Q21: Are airfares included in the Bali Marriage Getaway Package?
Airfares are not included in the Bali Marriage Getaway Package. You will need to arrange own flight to Bali according to your preference. You may choose to add on the Flight Bundle which is a separate cost that includes air tickets and airport transfer (see Q9).
Q22: Are airport transfers to and from the hotel included in the Bali Marriage Getaway Package?
Airport transfers are not included in the Bali Marriage Getaway Package. You will need to make your own arrangements from the airport to the hotel and back. You may choose to add on the Flight Bundle which is a separate cost that includes air tickets and airport transfer (see Q9).
Q23: I have signed up and made the payment for the Bali Marriage Getaway Package, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to go on the trip. May I request for a refund?
We regret that we are unable to process any refunds. However, someone on the waitlist can take your place and pay you the amount for the Bali Marriage Getaway Package directly. Please email [email protected] for assistance.
Q24: Is there pro-rated pricing available for those who can only join part of the Bali Marriage Getaway Package?
This is a full 3D2N programme inclusive of the day sessions and night stay. There are no secondary arrangements for partial participation. Thus, we do not offer pro-rated pricing for partial participation.
Flight Bundle Details
Q25: Is the Flight Bundle compulsory?
The Flight Bundle is optional. We are offering it to those who would like us to purchase the air tickets and arrange airport transfers on their behalf.
Q26: How much is the Flight Bundle?
Prices start from S$830 per person.
Due to air ticket price fluctuation and availability, we will do our best to purchase the air tickets via our tour agent at the lowest possible prices available.

Q28: How do I purchase the Flight Bundle?
If you would like to consider purchasing the Flight Bundle, please indicate your interest at registration. We will contact you via email to advise you the exact cost once we receive confirmation from our tour agent.
Q29: I am unable to depart at the time stipulated in the Flight Bundle. May I book another flight?
If you are unable to accommodate the flight time stipulated in the Flight Bundle by the tour agent, you will need to arrange your own flight to Bali according to your timing preferences.

Q30: Will I be able to select my preferred hotel for the trip?
This event comes as a full 3D2N programme inclusive of the day sessions and night stay. Thus, we require all participants to stay in the designated hotel for the whole trip.
Q31: I am planning to extend my stay before/after the trip. Can I book the same hotel for the extended days?
Yes, you may submit your request by emailing [email protected]. Please note that all extensions are subject to the hotel’s availability, and any additional cost will be borne by the couple.

Q32: Will I be able to make special dietary requests for the meals provided?
We regret that we are unable to cater to special dietary requests or specific meal preferences for the meals included in the package. If you have any dietary constraints, restrictions, or allergies, we recommend that you make your own meal arrangements to ensure your needs are met safely and comfortably.
Miscellaneous
Q33: Do I need to purchase travel insurance?
You are strongly encouraged to obtain a comprehensive travel insurance policy to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as baggage loss, flight delays, medical emergencies, or changes in government policies such as compulsory quarantines. Do note that travel insurance is not included in the package.
Q34: When are we expected to arrive on the first day of the getaway on 1 May 2026 (Fri)?
- Our first meeting as a group will be on 1 May 2026 (Fri) at 5pm, before dinner, at the Imperial Ballroom, InterContinental Bali Resort.
- You may arrive at the hotel anytime from 3pm, which is the official check-in time. If you arrive earlier, you’re welcome to come by our designated Marriage Getaway check-in counter. While your room may not be ready before 3pm, you’ll be able to drop off your luggage with the hotel and begin to relax on the resort grounds.
- Specific details of the programme will be shared closer to the trip.
Q35: When does the marriage getaway end?
The Bali Marriage Getaway officially concludes on 3 May 2026 (Sun) at 1pm, after the finale session. Please note that lunch will not be provided. The hotel’s official check-out time is 12 pm, so you may wish to check out in the morning before the finale session. Any requests for late check-out should be arranged directly with the hotel.
