You may register for the YA retreat via Early Bird promotion starts on 2 Mar (Sat) at 12 pm and ends on 31 Mar (Sun) at 11:59 pm. Overall retreat registration closes on 9 Jun (Sun) at 11:59 pm or once the maximum number of participants is reached. Do sign up quickly to avoid disappointment.

You may register on behalf of your cell group member(s). Do note that registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Unfortunately, due to planning and logistics, participants will not have the option to choose a preferred hotel. Accommodation will be at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel and Moxy Putrajaya (both under the Marriot group). Participants will be assigned to Putrajaya Marriot Hotel on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once full, participants will then be assigned to Moxy Putrajaya (only single and twin-sharing, no triple sharing).
Retreat sessions and other activities will be held at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel. Free shuttle service will be provided for participants staying at Moxy Putrajaya.

To ensure a streamlined payment process, only Visa and Mastercard payments will be accepted.

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking upon submission of registration and full payment. We regret that we are unable to process partial payments.

Yes, you may update your passport details after registration. Please renew your passport as soon as possible and furnish us with your updated passport details via Do ensure you have at least 6 months validity on your passport at the time of travel.

Unfortunately, we are unable to include additional person(s) to an existing application. In order to include additional individual(s), you will need to submit a new booking registration for the additional individual.

Room sharing is strictly for family members, married couples, and individuals of the same gender. The Young Adults committee reserves the right to modify any room sharing arrangements that do not comply with this requirement.

We regret that we are unable to process pro-rated pricing. Hence, pricing will remain at the cost of 3D2N.

Yes, you may certainly invite your friends or family members to join us for the YA retreat.

You may arrive at or after the check-in time, which is 3pm. All retreat participants will come together for the first time on 9 Aug (Fri), at 5pm (tentative) for the opening address at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel. Free shuttle service will be provided for participants staying at Moxy Putrajaya.

Our booking system has a pre-stay option that allows participants to book hotel rooms before the retreat. However, you will need to make your own arrangements for room bookings after the retreat.

Pre-stay rates are as follows:

  • Twin room (incl. breakfast) = S$160
  • Triple room (incl. Breakfast) = S$200

If you are attending the retreat, you are required to stay in the designated hotel with the group as our aim is to build community and do life together during the 3D2N retreat. We will be bonding over meals, activities, and sessions together.

Yes, you may request for a baby cot during the online registration. Baby cots are free of charge but subject to availability.


Transportation costs between Singapore and KL are not included in the retreat cost. There is a 2-way return coach option that you can select upon registration if you wish to join our arranged transportation. The price for this transportation is S$50 for a 2-way return (standard coach with no toilet). There is no 1-way trip option. Alternatively, you may arrange your way to KL via your own transportation (car, coach, or flight).

For those taking the coach provided by the church, set-off time will be 6am from the coach pick-up station at Woodlands MRT.
For those travelling on their own to KL, do gather at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel at 5pm* (tentative) for our opening address. More details will be provided closer to the trip.

The retreat ends on 11 Aug (Sun) at 12 pm. The coach to Singapore will leave KL at 1.30pm (tentative).

Yes, complimentary parking is provided for hotel guests.

In general, participants will be grouped according to cell groups and zones.

The confirmed schedule will be provided as soon as possible.

Throughout the 3D2N retreat, the following meals will be covered in the retreat cost:

  • Day 1: Dinner
  • Day 2: Breakfast, Lunch, Supper (*Dinner will not be provided)
  • Day 3: Breakfast
  • Lunches on Day 1 and 3 are not included and you will need to bring sufficient ringgit for these meals. You may also want to bring more cash for shopping, food, or to spend during the free and easy time on Day 2.


Nursery support: There will be NO nursery support for toddlers below 3 years old. There will be an allocated space in the hall for parents and toddlers below 3 years old. Please feel free to reach out to our pastoral staff for help if necessary.
Harvest Kidz support: There will be Harvest Kidz support for children from 4 to 12 years old.

You are strongly encouraged to obtain a comprehensive travel insurance policy to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as baggage loss, flight delays, medical emergencies, or changes in government policies such as compulsory quarantines. Do note that travel insurance is not included in the retreat cost.
