在+Able，我们的目标是通过对身体残疾人士的关怀和支持来帮助他们。我们通过交朋友，以及给予实际帮助等方面来鼓励和支持他们。我们想要改变残疾人士和他们家庭的生活，并向他们展示基督的爱。

Adding a “plus factor” to life, one milestone at a time, we are honoured to walk alongside incredible individuals in their journey with physical disability, celebrating every single victory, big and small. We aim to support them and their families through intentional befriending and providing practical help.

Cancer affects more than just the body; it also takes a toll on the hearts and minds of both patients and caregivers. Our mission is to bring comfort, alleviate suffering, and reflect Christ’s love through one of life’s hardest journeys by offering presence and support as well as practical and financial help to those struggling with the sickness, medical costs and loss of income.

根据新加坡的数据显示，每一天大概有39人罹患癌症，而每四人中就有一人可能在一生中患上癌症。值得庆幸的是，因为治疗与筛查的进步，这有助于人们提前发现，并及时进行治疗，借此降低了癌症死亡率。然而，病患与其家人所面对的压力与焦虑有时候可能难以负荷；有许多人在情绪、心理与经济上面临很大的挣扎。我们的癌症关怀小组希望能在这艰难的过程中陪伴这些癌症病患与其看护人，并为那些无法支付医药费用，或可能失去收入的提供实际与经济上的帮助。

家庭探访是我们接触儿童的关键外展活动之一，因为它让我们可以辨认需求，并了解孩子们的家庭背景。透过经济援助、补习课程和其他有趣的活动，我们以实际、有效的服事来接触孩子。在儿童崇拜里，孩子们所体验到的爱和欢乐深深影响他们，他们也因此去接触家人、同学、邻居和朋友。我们的使命就是继续爱护、关怀和启发下一代，成为上帝创造他们要成为的人。

Through CHAMP (the Children-at-risk Mentoring Programme), we step into the lives of these young ones with practical help, intentional befriending and the love of Christ. We seek to meet needs through our tuition and reading classes, mentoring, and financial assistance.

Never underestimate the power of showing up. Regular connection can transform how a child sees their world. We visit babies and children who are in need, offering a steady presence and the unconditional love of Christ to those who are unable to go home or attend school.

Restoring dignity through a simple act of care. Through CityCuts, we provide free haircuts and meaningful connections to vulnerable members of our community—including seniors, the unwell, and those facing hardship. Beyond simply providing a service, we want to show every individual that they are seen, valued, and loved.

借着简单的关怀行动恢复尊严。透过城市暖剪，我们为社区中的弱势群体——包括年长者、病患及面对生活困难的人士——提供免费理发服务，并与他们建立有意义的关系。我们所做的不只是提供一项服务，更希望让每一个人都感受到自己被看见、被重视、被关爱。

Small acts of service can make a big difference. Through practical assistance such as home repairs and furniture assembly, single-parent families and elderly individuals live in safer, more comfortable environments. We help those who do have the means to handle tasks like changing light bulbs or fixing simple plumbing issues on their own.

Every child deserves a loving home. We support vulnerable children by placing them in nurturing Christian foster families. Our mission is to provide safe, stable, and faith-filled environments where vulnerable children can thrive and ultimately transition to permanent homes to fulfil their God-given potential.

每个孩子都应该有一个充满爱的家。寄养家庭为弱势儿童提供了在健康的家庭环境中成长的机会。寄养不是领养，而是一种临时安排，以应对儿童的紧急照顾和需要。我们希望透过CHC的寄养家庭，弱势儿童能在一个安全、稳定和培育性的基督徒家庭环境中受益，并最终能够在他们永远的家中成长，发挥上帝赋予他们的潜能。

Essential health screenings, delivered with care. We support our elderly community by helping them detect potential health issues early through professional medical check-ups. Because regular check-ins mean a brighter, healthier tomorrow.

Through CityOutlook’s fully-sponsored home renovation projects, we create warm, functional, and welcoming home environments for families in need. Because a positive home environment sets the foundation for a hopeful future.

年长人士的外展旨在将基督之爱的现实带入社会老年人的生活中。我们接触的许多人难以照顾自己的基本需要，更不用说去复诊看病。透过真诚和持续的关怀，再加上实际的援助，我们的事工帮助和影响了许多年长人士的生命，并让他们知道上帝没有撇下或离弃他们。

Reminding our seniors they are never forgotten or forsaken. Through consistent care, genuine friendship, and practical aid, we bring the tangible love of Christ into their lives, and assure oft-isolated elderly in our community that they are seen, valued, and deeply loved.

The Kids In Total Embrace initiative embraces little hearts through heavy seasons. No child should navigate grief and loss alone. We are deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive space where children can heal and find hope for their futures.

Food has a beautiful way of breaking down barriers. Through Meals With Love, we host female migrant workers who are far from home—sharing stories, laughter, and fellowship over food, building a community that transcends boundaries.

Honouring and supporting the hands that build our community under tough conditions. We offer low-wage migrant workers genuine friendship, practical aid, and meaningful activities, creating a home away from home.

Motherhood is a huge transition, especially for young, unwed mums without a safety net. Nurturing Circle steps into that gap by offering unconditional love, practical assistance and emotional support to unwed mothers, creating a circle of care for both mother and child.

Demonstrating the power of the gospel to individuals with special needs. By fostering a community of love, faith, and confidence, we want to champion both these individuals and their caregivers. We provide intentional befriending, engaging activities, and practical support to empower them and their families.

Supporting the journey of reintegration and restoration. Returning to society after incarceration can be overwhelming. Through Prison Care, we offer intentional befriending and practical support to help individuals rebuild their lives, integrate back into the community, secure employment, and establish a stable life.

Offering presence, hope and support where it is needed most. Through weekly chapel services and support groups within prisons, we share God’s love, walking alongside inmates as they grow in faith and transformation. We bring spiritual encouragement, emotional support, and a listening ear directly to those who are incarcerated.

Built on unconditional grace and radical hospitality, Street-LIGHT creates a safe space of befriending and support for marginalised women involved in the sex trade. Together, we affirm the truth that no one is beyond the reach of God’s loves.

Everyone deserves to feel celebrated. While a birthday celebration is a luxury many cannot afford, The Blessing Project changes that, one cake at a time, to make the underprivileged feel truly seen and valued. Beyond birthdays, we bring the blessing of hope, comfort, and joy to marginalised groups and those navigating terminal illnesses.

Every youth deserves a safe space to belong, grow, and heal. Youth-at-risk face complex challenges, from identity struggles to negative influences. Through mentoring, befriending, and pastoral care, we step in with guidance and practical support. We aim to empower youths by providing positive role modeling and a safe environment for them to build resilience.

Today’s students face immense pressure balancing academics, identity, and expectations. YouthEd provides free, quality tuition for those who need extra support, powered by dedicated volunteers who ensure no student is left behind.

今日的青少年要面对青春期、身份认同、学业与社会的期望已是越来越困难的事情。我们了解学习与课业在青少年成长中的艰辛过程中是非常重要的。因此，补习事工希望透过补习来培力与帮助青少年，尤其是来自低收入和有需要家庭的人。我们的补习老师团队是由大学生以及经验丰富的志工所组成的，他们致力于帮助在学业上需要额外辅助的学生。
