Dr Ivan Zy Lim
Dr Ivan Zy Lim is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of extensive practice experience in treating adults and adolescents with mental health issues, psychological and emotional difficulties. He also has an outstanding track record working with schools throughout Singapore in helping “At-Risk” youths and their families. In addition, he was also instrumental in running the mentoring program for institutionalized youths and their families at Boys’ and Girls’ Homes.
Pamela Koh is the Founder & Lead Counsellor of ThriveSg-"Thrive Significantly" (IG: thrivesg.tribe), a counselling arm of Cru Singapore with a mission to champion for a growth mindset towards counselling to overcome the stigma around mental health. She has 16 years of experience working with young people, with 6 years among university students in Japan. She is a registered counsellor and clinical member with the Singapore Association of Counselling. She is also a specialist in working with all kinds of trauma being certified as an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) Therapist. Pamela is passionate to help people heal from their past traumas so that they can reach their fullest potential and thrive significantly in life.
Carol Loi the Singapore Cohort Director of the Colson Center for Christian Worldview. She is also a digital literacy educator and certified mental toughness coach, as well as a John Maxwell certified leadership & family coach. Carol and her husband are raising two teenagers.
