In Education

Education is the backbone of life, providing the foundation on which dreams can be envisioned and achieved. City Harvest recognises that a good education enlarges the potential and possibilities in a child’s future. Therefore, the church pours into the lives of the next generation through partnerships with the educational institutions below.

City College

A Partner

In 2002, City Harvest Church supported the founding of City College, a social enterprise committed to providing alternative education pathways for young people in Singapore. To date, City College has graduated more than 2,500 students, of which, over 90% have achieved O-level certification and over 60% have qualified for post-secondary education.

City College is currently a fully owned subsidiary of City Harvest Community Services Association. To find out about their curriculum, visit citycollege.edu.sg

O School

A Partner

O School was founded in 2006, with support of seed funding from City Harvest Church. CHC also provided venue support and performance opportunities for O School to kickstart its programmes. Since its inception, O School, now a registered charity with IPC status, has grown to become a social enterprise and one of the largest street dance schools in the region.

O School’s goal is to cultivate and develop Singapore’s dance sector and community, with the aim of providing employment for talented dancers and using dance for inspiration, character development and community enrichment.
