JAMs Service

Our Jesus for All Minds Service connects with their special needs members and families through their online series that runs on a 2-week cycle, alternating between an online service and a supplementary interactive activity such as a Bible quiz. Other content featured online includes personal testimonies, special feature articles of a JAMs initiative and more.

The team of JAMs workers also make regular calls to the JAMs members to ask about their well-being as well as to pray for them over the phone.

Dialect Service

The elderly community is one of the most vulnerable groups facing COVID-19. Although these times call for us to practice safe distancing, our elderly members in the Dialect Service remain close to our thoughts and prayers.

Not all have access to technology and data. As such, our Dialect Service workers and volunteers connect with the elderly via telephone calls, WeChat and WhatsApp text messages on a weekly basis. The Dialect elderly with access to the Internet can tune into the online service via their YouTube channel. They will also receive weekly video sermons in Hokkien and Cantonese and audio praise & worship files. A weekly Dialect Devotion is uploaded via CityRadio every Saturday on the programme “广多多 福气话”.

My Dad was retrenched due to the Covid-19 situation and my family was going through our worst financial situation. During my CHC Care Fund interview, we were introduced to the job listing section in The CHC App and my Dad secured a job as a result of this! Thank you for making a difference in my household! ~ JK (7 May, 2020)

Our Peace is in Jesus

As long as we have our Lord Jesus Christ and one another, we will get through this. God is sovereign and He is in control over this situation. Let’s keep our eyes on Jesus and exercise wisdom in keeping everyone safe.

Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

John 14:27 (NKJV)
