MEN'S MINISTRY |

Male by birth, man by choice.
At present, City Harvest Church has a healthy ratio of 48 percent men and 52 percent women in our congregation. We continually challenge the men in our church to rise up as cell group leaders and ministry heads, leading others in godly wisdom and in the ways of God.
We also want men to be involved in the biblical pattern of discipling other men (2 Tim. 2:22). Mature men produce strong families when they begin to guide, govern and guard their households. They are also pillars of support for their pastors when they serve their congregations actively, resulting in strong churches.
Meetings for men and Men's retreats are carried out at our various zone levels regularly. CHC also holds an average of 1 to 2 churchwide Men's Ministry seminar(s)/conference(s) every year.
Through our focus on strong manhood, God has worked in the hearts of the men in our church and has raised them up to be shining examples in the body of Christ.
It is the man, and not the organization that makes the ministry great. The ministry exists for the man, not the man for the ministry. Men are always looking for better methods. However, while men look for better methods, God looks for better men! |
