Mentors To The Hearing Impaired
This ministry reaches out to all hearing impaired individuals, focusing especially on the children and youth. It aims to meet the social and welfare needs of these individuals through support groups, recreational and tuition programs.
As a mentor, you need to have patience, compassion and a loving heart for these special individuals. More than just helping them to develop effective social skills, your role will be to befriend them, encourage them and in the course of interaction, be their source of inspiration.

Must be 18 years old and above
Must be at least an Ordinary Member
Must pass an entry interview

Sign Language course conducted by CHCSA
|
Complete the Sign Language course conducted by CHCSA
Attend all activities organized for the hearing impaired
Attend bi-weekly meetings
