TUITION MINISTRY
In City Harvest Church, we believe in living an all-rounded life for the Lord as well as exhibiting a spirit of excellence in everything we do. The tuition ministry is one such ministry that is geared towards helping our youths attain good results in their studies so that they can shine for Jesus in their families and schools.
If you have a strong inclination towards the academic and are apt to teach, we want to strongly encourage you to sign up for this ministry and invest your time and effort in grooming the future leaders of our church! Come and be a part of our team, you can definitely make a difference!
Positions Available
Tutor
As a tutor, you must be competent to teach at least 1 subject at secondary level and above. You will be required to tutor a group of between 6 to 15 students, at least once a week for a period of 2 hours. Besides your responsibility to provide academic help, you will also be required to ensure that the students are consistent in their attendance and that their results have gradual improvement.
Tutors fellowship will be held once in a month for tutors to get together to share their teaching experiences and build relationships among each other.
Subject I/C
As a subject I/C, you will help to lead a team of 10 to 12 tutors and be involved in the planning of the tuition curriculum, classes and examinations.
