GIRLS' BRIGADE (GB) MINISTRY

City Harvest Church currently sponsors three BB companies and four GB companies. We are actively looking for volunteers who have a strong passion in mentoring youth and have a keen interest in working with young people.

Every week, our officers go to the schools we are in partnership with and directly interact with the students through programs specially catered for them and in accordance to the guidelines from the respective headquarters. Through a variety of games, outdoor activities and skills training, our officers lead by example and most of all, lend a listening ear to the students in their care. Through meaningful interaction, our aim is to impart spiritual and godly values into these teenagers which can help them grow and mature in the ways of God.

If you have a passion to mentor youth and change lives, then avail yourself to be used mightily by God in this exciting ministry.


Positions Available

BB/GB Captain

Captains are trained to take on key leadership roles in the company they serve. Due to the importance of the role, captains must be mature Christian individuals and be able to effectively organize and plan activities for large groups of students. Captains should preferably have previous experience in uniformed groups or youth organizations.

BB/GB Officer

To become an Officer, you will need to undergo a training course held twice a year at the headquarters. In addition, you will assist the Captain in the various youth activities and will also be assigned other duties according to your individual skills and abilities.
